Sometimes, it feels like we’re trying to balance on a moving path—one that’s shaky, unpredictable, and never seems to let us pause. Over time, this kind of terrain can wear us down. It might be the experience we’ve had for years: shaped by stress, survival, trauma, or simply doing what needed to be done. It's familiar, but not steady. It keeps us on alert, disconnected from our bodies, and unsure how—or if—we can ever truly rest.

These sessions offer something different: a chance to step onto solid ground. A new path. One that doesn’t require holding everything together, but instead invites and equips your nervous system to soften, settle, and remember what safety feels like. Over time, this work helps you build inner capacity—so you can feel more able to navigate life’s ups and downs, and experience a greater sense of agency in how you feel and the choices you make.

These sessions start with where you are, and gently guide you toward a more regulated, connected, and compassionate relationship with yourself and the world around you.

My Approach

I’m Greta, a certified Nervous System Practitioner trained by Jessica Maguire in trauma-informed, evidence-based somatic practices. My work is grounded in:

  • Neuroscience-backed tools that support real, lasting nervous system change

  • Trauma-sensitive sequencing, so that each practice is introduced gently, at your pace, and in a way that respects your unique experience

  • A belief in the body’s innate wisdom—and the power of building a compassionate, trusting relationship with it

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, shut down, scattered, or stuck—your system is not broken. It’s doing its best to protect you. Together, we learn how to listen, respond, and create more capacity for calm, connection, and vitality.

What Is Nervous System Support?

Nervous system regulation is the foundation for emotional well-being, physical health, and a sense of safety within ourselves. When our nervous systems are under ongoing stress—whether from trauma, chronic pressure, or everyday demands—we may feel stuck, reactive, disconnected, or exhausted.

In these 1:1 online sessions, we use body-based practices informed by neuroscience and trauma-sensitive frameworks to gently guide your nervous system toward regulation. Together, we explore practical tools that help you respond to life with more ease, awareness, and choice.

This isn’t talk therapy or diagnosis—it’s a relational, embodied process that honours your specific experience and unfolds at your pace.
